We are not a volume recruitment agency. We are a small, permanent team with years of lived experience in both British and Chinese education — making introductions, arranging visits, supporting institutions through approval processes, and staying involved long after the memorandum is signed. From first contact to approval to operations, we remain in the room.

JD Morgan Education and its Chinese partners have helped facilitate transnational education (TNE) partnerships between British and Chinese institutions.
We play an ongoing role throughout the process: from first contact to approval, then operations. This involves cultural bridgework and managing logistical challenges when necessary. We also invite all partners to China to look around and visit Chinese facilities in person.
